DURATION OF TRAINING
3 years or the possibility of shortening to 2.5 years with good practical and academic performance.
SCHOOL-LEAVING QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
We expect our applicants to have a secondary school leaving certificate, a higher commercial school leaving certificate or a comparable school leaving certificate.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT DURING YOUR TRAINING
As a trainee retail salesperson (m/f/d), you will become part of a respectful team in one of our METRO GASTRO or METRO stores. During your training, you will pass through all departments in one of our wholesale stores: from receiving goods from our logistics partners, to advising customers, to working at the checkout, you will gain a broad insight into all areas. You will learn the art of selling from scratch - from A for general terms and conditions to Z for terms of payment.
